Process Design Model - Spiral Model

For our group, we have chossen the Spiral Model.  For more info, please access Pete's online notes or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spiral_model is Wikipedia's defintion.  A high level summary of the process is that we go thru 4 stages:  (1) evaluating the first prototype in terms of its strengths, weaknesses, and risks; (2) defining the requirements of the second prototype; (3) planning and designing the second prototype; (4) constructing and testing the second prototype.  Rinse and repeat.

 Planned Schedule - One Phase
  1. Week 1. Monday - Risk analysis / Planning - Commitee
  2. Week 1. Tuesday/Wednesday - Design concepts - Development/Documents
  3. Week 1. Thursday/Friday - Requirements engineering (Use Case) - Testing/Documents
  4. Week 1. Saturday thru Friday - Implementation coding - Development
  5. Week 1. Saturday thru Friday - Test script development / Storycards- Testing/Documents
